TutorLM currently supports PDF files. We're working on adding support for more document formats in future updates.

Yes, we take data security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share your personal information or document content with third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
Currently, TutorLM requires an internet connection to process your documents and provide AI responses. We're working on offline capabilities for future releases.
You can delete your account and all associated data by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Alternatively, contact us at hello@tutorlm.app and we'll help you with the process.
TutorLM is currently available for iOS devices (iPhone and iPad) running iOS 14.0 or later. We're working on Android and web versions.
Troubleshooting
App won't open
- Make sure you have the latest version of TutorLM
- Restart your device
- Check if you have sufficient storage space
- Try deleting and reinstalling the app
Can't upload PDF files
- Ensure the file is a valid PDF format
- Check your internet connection
- Make sure the file size is under 50MB
- Try uploading from a different source (Files app, iCloud, etc.)
AI responses are slow
- Check your internet connection speed
- Try asking shorter, more specific questions
- Close other apps to free up device memory
- Wait a few minutes and try again
App crashes frequently
- Update to the latest version of TutorLM
- Update your iOS to the latest version
- Restart your device
- Contact support if the issue persists
